Analyzing and conducting Training Need Identification
Research on Content development in industry
Designing & developing training modules including kits/handbooks, trainer guides and tools as required from time to time.
Conducting Training/Train the Trainer (TTT)
1. Sound understanding of the life insurance and financial products/business in Reatil & Bancassurance.
2. Familiarity with sales processes and sales training modules
3. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple language and easy-to-understand manner.
4. Proficiency in using standard office software and authoring tools, including web-based tools used for e-learning projects. Knowledge of LMS would be added advantage.
5. An appetite for conducting elaborate, in-depth research.
6. An eye for meticulous detail.
7. Should be flair in conducting Training/Train the Trainer (TTT)
Salary:INR 2,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A. Reimbursements
